    Great location, just a few minutes' walk from St. Mark’s Square. The room was large and spacious, and housekeeping was done daily, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable overall. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was the same every morning, so a bit more variety would have been welcome. Overall, a pleasant stay and a convenient base for exploring Venice.

    Excellent location! Very convenient to see the best landmarks of Venice. Old building with small rooms and low ceiling. Not a place to spend any time in the room.

    I booked this late on the day I was actually arriving. When we finally got to Venice and go to the hotel (booked it just to sleep in), instead of being greeted, the staff worker met me with” why didn’t you tell me what time you’d be arriving “. Ummm no welcome no come in. Just so rude. Then proceeded to argue with me about the type of room I booked. It was so late I just agree to take the room . When we opened the door it was in fact what I booked, the worker just had no clue what rooms / beds each room had . Wasted my time. I was just there to sleep and then to check into my actual hotel the next morning. The location is 5 stars .
