    Location is great. The hotel is outdated and narrow hallways and staircase. But to be fair, that's all of Venice.

    Location - very near the center and vaporetto stops; everything is walkable Facilities - no AC . We were informed that ACs are not allowed to be turned on until a certain date as part of a city mandate. That should have been included in the hotel details. We also were not informed when we checked in. They provided a fan on our first night which was not enough. The building and room are old with very low headroom, so the room felt very stuffy. They provided a portable AC on our 2nd night which made the room temp more bearable Staff - the kitchen and cleaning staff are polite and accommodating - the front desk lady in the morning is the most rude front desk person we have ever encountered. She got into arguments with other hotel guests as well. If she’s not happy with her job and her attitude doesn’t change she shouldn’t be working in customer service/hospitality industry. She probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed the entire time we were checked in. She doesnmt care about the guests.

    Excellent located hotel close to St Marks & San Marco areas. Close to the hustle & bustle of Venice but very quiet. Would definitely recommend

    Hotel is run down, air conditioning is not even cooling, it was extremely hot inside the room to the point that we had to ask for a fan to try to aliviate the situation and we tried 2 different rooms on our two day stay but each room was exactly the same. Staff was unprofessional and rude, all the pictures and facilities or amenities the hotel advertise on their website are lies and not accurate, we don't even got the room they advertised on the reservation. The only thing positive about this rundown hotel is the location and breakfast was decent. That's all
