Excellent hotel and restaurant. All the staff were wonderful and the room was spacious and clean (bath, mini bar and safe). Ivan and Valentino in the restaurant, in particular, were exceptional and catered to our needs very well, (we're interested in wine and have various dietary requirements including a nut allergy). The breakfast stood out, with a wide variety on offer and high quality. The hotel is well situated for sights (but our of the bustle of the people) and the airport (esp. if you use the water taxi). We really enjoyed this hotel and would like to come back. We used the Turkish bath and steam room but we were a little disappointed regarding the temperature as it was a little cool for us. We

This hotel is located on the fanciest street in Venice where all the high end couture shops are. We stayed in a quadruple family room with a separate room of twin beds for the boys. The room was great. My only suggestion is to bring converters as they don't have many USB or other charging areas in the rooms. The hotel has its own water dock if you want to come via boat.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, spacious/clean room and great buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever return to Venice, this would be our go to hotel. Only problem was that loud renovation works were being carried out above us, but luckily we were out all day (9am-5pm).

We had an amazing two nights stay at Saturina hotel in Venice . The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I like to specifically thank Mariko, Gianluca and Valeria as they were simply excellent at making everyone feel happy and comfortable.The location of the hotel was just perfect and it was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it .

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Venice. Ideally located just off St Marks Square. The staff were fantastic as was the room a junior Suite which over looked the canals. Breakfast buffet was really nice as were the serving staff and reception staff. there was a real family feel to the hotel.

I was waken twice around 5 - 6am during my 8 day's stay by some men chatting/loading stuff? from the canal below. I told the hotel reception. They said that their staff don't start till 8am. So apart from that, stay was great. The room that I chose was big. The meals at both the restaurant and the bar were delicious. If you like the big brands, this is an ideal location for you. I like it for its location and not far from vaporetto stops, not for shopping though.

We recently stayed at Hotel Saturnia & International in Venice and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from St. Mark’s Basilica and right in line with the designer boutiques. The hotel also offers a unique bonus: a private boat dock in the back, which made our trip especially convenient. We booked a private water taxi directly from the hotel to the airport, and it was seamless. They even offer a complimentary private boat ride to a Murano glass factory – no pressure to buy anything, and the boat waits for you to bring you back. The service was excellent. When we experienced a noise issue on our first night (our room was located above their restaurant where music and guests were loud late into the night), I unfortunately developed a migraine and couldn’t sleep. I called the reception during the night, but they were fully booked and couldn’t move us immediately. The next morning, they relocated us to a quiet and beautiful room, which made the rest of our stay perfect. Tip: When booking, request a room not located above the restaurant if you are sensitive to noise. Breakfasts were delicious, the staff was attentive and professional, and the overall experience – despite the first night – was truly memorable. We would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with views from the rooftop that made it even more perfect. The room was huge. Bathroom the same and everything very clean. Breakfast is included and was a lovely spread. I did feel like the check-in staff could have been more friendly - they seemed bothered when asked a question. The bell staff however made up for the indifference we felt from the reception. They were so helpful and facilitated getting a cab for our departure.

The best things about this hotel: location & the staff, especially in the breakfast room & the concierges. The rest needs work. My shower had a lot of mold (even the emergency pull cord had black mold on it!), a/c leak left watermarks on the wall and ceiling, minibar leaked, in room safe didn’t work, rug was dirty, barrel chair in room was filthy, the shampoo/soap is a single made-for-hotel brand and cheap (wouldn’t ever use on my hair as it’s drying) and one day my room wasn’t cleaned with no apology or explanation given. In no way is this a 4-star Superior property; you’ll be disappointed as I was if you are expecting a near 5-star experience. Kudos, however, to the staff.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The front desk staff and concierge were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant in bar attached which is very convenient. Right outside the hotel you are on the strip that has all the designer stores. They also have their own private dock so that when you check out if you choose to take a private water taxi, the walk is very short with your luggage. they also have complementary breakfast in the morning. We absolutely loved our stay. One thing I did not know was they have a free boat ride for their guests if you want to go to Marano and Verano. I wish I had known that prior to booking a tour. The location of the hotel is wonderful.

The size of the room was way bigger than we thought. Being in Venice we assumed everything would be smaller but it was one of our bigger rooms and biggest bathroom space. Front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. Carried our bags up to our room and answered any questions we had with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel

In general, everyone who worked at the hotel was friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel room was clean and well maintained as well as being quiet during nighttime. Our stayed at the Saturnia & International was absolutely fantastic. From arriving to leaving, every member of staff were always very welcoming, friendly and only to happy to offer any help or advice you might need. The reception, bar area, restaurant, A La Carte restaurant, all the hallways and the room were exceptional clean and well maintained. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, offering a wide, plentiful choice of continental and hot dishes. The hotels location is perfect for the main tourist attractions in Venice whilst still offering a quiet location to relax. The roof terrace offers a great view over parts of Venice with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The Saturnia hotel is certainly a great choice to stay.

Hotel has its own private dock which made transfers from the hotel to the airport seamless and stress-free. We wished we would’ve utilized this for when we arrived in Venice from the train station. Definitely a unique property and very central to St Marks Square and other landmarks in Venice.
