Fabulous location with very good restaurant on the opposite side of the square.
Easy to reach on arrival with your luggage.
Giacomo was the perfect host. Extremely helpful.
We chose the canal view room , but in fact this couldn’t be seen unless you leant out of the window. If we booked again we’d choose a room that looked out onto the square.
The room was beautiful and very clean but the bathroom was a little disappointing. (Dandolo suite). The toilet is squeezed in behind the sink vanity suite and unless you have extremely short legs, you have to use the toilet on a diagonal!

Great room, really spacious, AC worked excellently.
Exceptional friendly staff, Giacomo was helpful and friendly throughout out visit.
Location is terrific. - onto quite square with lots of restaurants, but close enough to walk to major sites.
A number of steps within the room - a bit quirky but not really a problem.

The host, Giocomo, was very gracious and helpful. Room was comfy and clean, sheets were high quality and bed was very comfortable, there were snacks and soft drinks and prosecco and coffee/tea in a little kitchen. Location was great--on a major square with restaurants outside, a stones' throw from the Accademia bridge, yet room was very quiet. Vaporetto stop nearby made getting around quite easy.
