Brilliant Location and accommodation

The location was excellent . The plaza was central to all the districts and only a minutes walk from the drop off point if you decide to get a water taxi from the airport or a few minutes walk from the water buses (vaporetti) stops. The room was spacious and clean. Our host Giamcomo was always available personally or by wattsapp. He arranged for my wife’s birthday flowers to be in the room on the day of her birthday and surprised us with some cakes as well. He will arrange for the water taxi if you need one. Very informative and approachable. A 10/10 for him personally.

Venetian excellence

Stunning rooms, beautiful decoration in classic Venetian style, beautiful bedding, well equipped bathrooms. Great location, surrounded by excellent cafes and restaurants. Above all a wonderful welcome from Giacomo, who was available throughout to give advice. He booked water taxis for arrival at the station and departure, providing an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Beautiful

This hotel is absolutely lovely. if you want a proper Venetian vibe when you come to Venice this place is perfect. Its very spacious and comfortable, with a little kitchenette and big windows overlooking a little side canal. The Wi-Fi works well here, it’s walking distance from everywhere you want to see including St Marks square, but in a more low key area so it’s quieter. The staff was extremely kind and helpful too making the whole experience even sweeter. I had a lot of questions, laundry and scattered travel plans and they really helped me with all of it including letting me stay an extra night. I honestly didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend and plan to come back myself.

Exceeded expectations! Gorgeous service & suite.

Giacomo was amazing, his service went above & beyond. He checked on us prior to arriving & offered assistance with the water taxi. When we arrived, very late our key was waiting & we were welcomed to a cool room (ac) with a delicious bottle of prosecco & grapes :) Just what we needed after a long day. The reception is gorgeous & the room, Suite Giacomo Casanova, just says Venice! Gorgeous & huge. The building is very well maintained & was impeccable. Location is away from crowds with a lovely plaza in front & some cafes. Few blocks to vaporetto (water taxi) & canal. TY, Giacomo! We will be back! @vidabellaodyssey
