Friendly staff and a lovely Venetian feel about the property.
You couldn’t sleep with the windows opens as the street outside could get quite loud later in the evening.

Wonderful boutique hotel, well kept, spotless and with attention to detail! Antony was very friendly and helpful with his great recommendations and outstanding service! My birthday weekend was pleasant with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a nice birthday card given to me during breakfast! I found it very sweet :) Roof terrace offers picturesque views and a relaxing atmosphere. All the rooms are nicely decorated in Venetian style with comfortable beds and (!!) pillows, which I usually find to be not the best in hotels! This one was surely an exception! Great location in a lively yet not too noisy neighborhood, close to all the attractions. Would gladly come back again! 🤍

Extremely hard to find when you first arrive. No reception, had to wait for staff member to come from another hotel.
There were too many stairs to all of the rooms and with heavy suitcases, this was extremely tiring and difficult.
The staff would not help me before 8am. The breakfast was not worth the cost, a very small amount of continental food, toaster was always turned off at 8am & took way too long to heat up, so most days we went without food.
No access to a kettle.
Both rooms we were in, the bathrooms smelt like sewage.
