Beautiful and convenient area: to walk to the Biennale around 30 mins and a couple of my fav best restaurants in town are 10 min away by walk only: La Loggia bistro & bar All'Arco...

The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating.
For what the room was (very simple with not a very pleasant canal view) I felt it was overpriced. The room also did not have an ironing board or steamer and I was there for work, so that was a challenge. The toilet broke on the first day, but the staff were very responsive in having it fixed. The canal view is not very pleasant and they charged extra for it.
