The location was perfect. Very close to the center,but at the same time in a very quiet area. The hotel was very nice and you could feel the atmosphere of Venice. The staff was very helpful and very kind.

- The location is very good - Calm and not Noisy, (although it depends on your neighbors - the Staff is professional and kind - Clean
- Too expensive for what it is - The quality of the bed and pillows (too soft)

The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating.
For what the room was (very simple with not a very pleasant canal view) I felt it was overpriced. The room also did not have an ironing board or steamer and I was there for work, so that was a challenge. The toilet broke on the first day, but the staff were very responsive in having it fixed. The canal view is not very pleasant and they charged extra for it.
