Check-in was super easy, location was incredible, room was spacious and clean.
Air conditioning worked but wish it could’ve made the room even cooler.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from Vaporreto stop (San Samuele) Good communication from host. Comfortable bed.
Good amenities in the room, but the room was very tired. Marks on the wall, mouldy grout and sealant in the bathroom, loose fittings in the bathroom, faulty light switch, main door latch not working and aircon not the coolest.

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable but a little bit too soft and gave us backaches when we woke up in the morning.
The housekeeper did not restock the shampoo or liquid soap and so upon needing to shower to depart we went without shampoo. The hot water was inadequate for two people to shower in the morning and one of us had to shower at night each day of our stay. There was no silverware or utensils in the kitchen area so stirring coffee was a problem. Yet there were other things in the kitchen cupboard that would never have been needed like a set of mixing bowls.
