As a traveler it was best to call their phone number to get connected for help finding the location of Stephanie after arriving late at night at port Angelo, got confused, but with my phone call help was ready in minutes .

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable but a little bit too soft and gave us backaches when we woke up in the morning.
The housekeeper did not restock the shampoo or liquid soap and so upon needing to shower to depart we went without shampoo. The hot water was inadequate for two people to shower in the morning and one of us had to shower at night each day of our stay. There was no silverware or utensils in the kitchen area so stirring coffee was a problem. Yet there were other things in the kitchen cupboard that would never have been needed like a set of mixing bowls.
