It was a pleasant experience for me arriving in San Marco, Venice from the Airport.

As a traveler it was best to call their phone number to get connected for help finding the location of Stephanie after arriving late at night at port Angelo, got confused, but with my phone call help was ready in minutes .

It was adequate for what we needed & the price we paid but will stay elsewhere in future.

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable but a little bit too soft and gave us backaches when we woke up in the morning.

The housekeeper did not restock the shampoo or liquid soap and so upon needing to shower to depart we went without shampoo. The hot water was inadequate for two people to shower in the morning and one of us had to shower at night each day of our stay. There was no silverware or utensils in the kitchen area so stirring coffee was a problem. Yet there were other things in the kitchen cupboard that would never have been needed like a set of mixing bowls.

Very comfortable accommodation in Venice.

It was quiet, very clean and close to a Vaporetto stop. It was an easy walk to major attractions in Venice. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful during our stay.

Highly recommended, great location, spacious and comfortable.

Ideal location in the centre of Venice - everything is easily accessible by walking, or by a short walk to the Vaperetto stop. We were warmly welcomed, the room had everything we needed, was very clean and a super-comfy large bed.

What to consider

The room was beautiful, spacious and in a good location.

The only downside to the Luxury Santo Stefano was the air conditioning. When it was quite hot it was not able to cool the room.

Great location and a great service!

We arrived late at night. The host came and met us at the water taxi stop and provided us with information about how to get near the hotel the day before. She also allowed us to check out a little later as our flight was in the evening. Very accommodating and the room matched the pictures without any surprises. The location was excellent.

We loved the location! A short walk to the Rialto bridge. Lots of dining near by. Felt very much like we experienced Venice! The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easily coordinated via what’s app. Recommend!

Excellent- fits the price point

Very convienent location. Take the St.Angelo water fairy Line 1 (direction:Lido) to the apartment from the Railway station and only a few minutes walk to the apartment. Cafes just around the corner

Fantastic stay would 100% stay again!

The apartment is in a great location, spacious and close to easy access routes from airport and train station. The apartment is quiet and was very clean and well set up. Franseco was extremely helpful and always responded offering help with easiest ways around and restaurant locations. Easily left bags in a communial area but it felt very safe.

The bathroom does have abit of a smell but we found if you run water for a little and then shut the door the bedroom isnt too affected by this. We couldnt find an iron with the ironing board, and unfortunatley morning of checkout we had no hot water so had ice cold showers but other than that the room was lovely.

Quiet place in Santo Stefano

We were staying in Venice for 3 nights during Carnivale, we liked the strategic location of Santo Stefano, it is a quiet and calm with many nice shops and cafes, within walking distance to San Samuele Vaporetto, Accademia, St.Mark's Square and Rialto.

The key is only one set, if we have separate activities is a bit difficult to come back to the apartment alone.

Clean and tidy, it was quite old outside so the room was nice and warm. Bed was comfy and the staff were so friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back soon.

Fabulous and comfortable stay!

We arrived quite late around 11pm and a member of staff came to meet us from our water taxi and check us in, we only had one night as we were travelling elsewhere for a wedding but the room was LOVELY. So modern for Venice and really big with a gorgeous big bathroom, the room was dark, quiet and the bed was so comfy, we slept really well. I wish we could have stayed longer. Couldn't fault it at all, had great little kitchenette too with coffee maker. Lovely square close by and Rialto bridge within 10 minute walk. Perfect!
