Room and location were excellent. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is that our room was filled with cooking smells before dawn, along with slamming of doors right below us. We determined this was because we were right above the kitchen area.

Gorgeous facility, well-located, unbelievably helpful staff. What a treasure. You won't believe how artistic the renovation has been. We had an attic room that was something out of House Beautiful. Everything is spotless and up-to-date. A must visit hotel in Venice.
