The room was beautiful! Very large, nice big windows overlooking the canal. The host who greeted us was very helpful and kind. Great location, we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay in Venice. There is no breakfast availability here but that was not a problem as there were loads of options in the surrounding area.
St Marks square is less than a 10 minute walk away so it’s close enough to the lively centre but far away enough that you don’t have the street noise.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is comfortable.
The views from the room are stunning and include views of the canals.
If we were to ever come back we would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

Lovely room. Clean and perfect location, with easy access to it all. Bed was super comfortable and hearing the singers pass on the gondolas was lovel. Staff were all very friendly. Exactly what we wanted. View looked exactly like the pictures.
