The room was absolutely gorgeous, just as pictured, and even had a small area with a sofa and table. Our concierge, Elia, provided us with excellent, impeccable service, always assuring that we felt safe and taken care of. For example, he met us at the water taxi stop and led us to the hotel, rolling our luggage across cobblestones and up stairs for perhaps a quarter mile. His recommendations for restaurants were great, too! He also encouraged us to text him at any time if we had questions or issues.

The room was amazing... better than I had initially expected! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, open plan and just a beautifully designed suite. Every detail was thought out carefully in this property.
The service was second to none... nothing was too much to ask... and I want to give a special mention to Elia. He was always on hand to help with anything we needed!
The location was great... 8-10 minute walk to San Marco's Square. When returning to Venice, I will be staying again at Ninfea!
