The hosts were absolutely fantastic! We arrived very late in the evening, but they made checking in seamless. The room contained lots of wonderful amenities to create a truly enjoyable stay and the hosts provided lots of helpful tips and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. A view of the canal from the room was beautiful - especially the morning singing gondolas!

We splurged on this room because we wanted the canal balcony. This room did not disapoint, the room was very spacious, the balcony was unreal. We could hear the gondolas coming past and singing and playing music. The room was very comfortable, we spent much of our stay sick in the hotel and i was very comfortable in the space. The bathroom gets a little hot, but this is typical in European hotels.
The windows and doors to the balcony are a little outdated and need some maintenance.

Great location to shopping, all sightseeings and water taxi station. Super friendly staff.
The floor is not even and maybe because it’s in Venice? No elevator and no helpers to carry the luggages.
