Great view from the window and near great spots!
Check in time should be extended. It felt like AirBNB and I disturbed the manager by not noticing the rules. I admit it was my fault though!

Loved staying in a 500 year old home with marble floors and ceiling frescos. Eleanora is the perfect host, so helpful. We followed her suggestions and had the most wonderful time in Venice. Thank you!

Wonderful hostess Eleonora made us feel like family as soon as we arrived, she gave us ideas of things to see and also helped with details of our travel plans. Wonderful homemade breakfast gave us a good start to the day of adventure.

Al Teatro B&B is perfectly situated in walking distance to so many important sites in Venice and very close to the vaporetto boats that can take you to points farther away. The Alilaguna boats can bring you straight from the airport to a stop that is an easy walk to the B&B.
Breakfast has many choices including homemade flaky cornettos (croissants). The rooms have updated bathrooms and AC if you need it.
The proprietor is so helpful and knows the city well having grown up there.
We liked everything!
Would be a difficult choice if you can’t do stairs.
