the hotel is in a good location just around the corner of the opera house and about 10 minutes walk from the marcus square and the rest of the sights. the breakfast is ok and speedy service. the staff is excellent and very supportive. room 363 has a quiet location which we can recommend.
very basic and old-fashion hotel - if you expect any references to opera you will be disappointed with the exception of a few photos of artists. the overall impression is of a simple interior - nothing special. the bedroom is spacious but lacks of any kind of comfort - there are not even any hooks for coats in the room. the safe is so tiny it is ridicolous. for four days we only had four coat hangers in the wardroom,......the rates vary from day to day and Euro 300 for one night over the weekend is certainly overpriced.

The location is pretty and clean. The front desk are very approachable and helpful. Overall my experience was good. I didn’t like my room but the staff assisted me to switch me to another room the second day when a new room was available, he also was nice and referred me to a nearby restaurant that I enjoyed a lot. I would like to stay here again if I go back to Venice.
I was placed in a kind of attic room, I did not liked it because it felt kinda haunted and there was a bit of spider webs in the light fixture. I see that room could work for a group of people because the room has space but I was alone. Other than that, the room was clean and well organized.

Great staff, good location, clean room.
The water in shower was not going away, I told this to the hotel staff 3 times, it was not resolved, the shampoo and shower gel was replenished only on arrival.
