The position of this hotel is convenient, the staff were nice. However my room is not so clean, I found a big booger (the dirt that comes from the nose)is on the blanket that provided from the hotel,which I believe the dirt is come from the previous guest. Other than that, I also found there are spider silk on the wall, which the cleaning service was unacceptable, overall, staff were nice, cleaning should be improved.

One word: MOLD. We chose this hotel because they had family rooms (two connecting rooms) which is always so much better than having all four family members packed into one room. Well, turned out that there was a REALLY disgusting and a clear smell of mold coming from the bathroom of the second bedroom. Water has clearly damaged the structures. We asked about this in the evening but the person at the reception said he couldn’t do anything about it. After then sleeping the first night in the room we all got sore throats and headaches. Luckily the reception staff could swith us to another family room in the morning, but of course the visit was already ruined at that point. It’s worth noting that the same smell of mold was obvious also in the other room, but not as bad as the first one. Feels a bit bad giving a bad review as the staff was very friendly and the location was great, but future visitors should be warned and for sure the hotel shouldn’t let ANYONE stay in the first room until proper renovation. Unfortunately we can’t recommend and would not stay there again.

Had an amazing stay. Staff is so helpful and ready to answer any questions. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Wonderful area with shops and dining close but not too much noise at night. Will be back soon!!

I wanted to 5 stars but there was a boat strike going on the day we left. So, they could easily inform all Guests putting a sign in the reception as a warning, in order to get people more prepared to the Airport. It was hustle dragging bags through those small streets corridors to find a boat that would take us to Airport, not funny!

Stayed 4 nights. Perfect location…5 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Rooms comfortable, clean, and quiet. Woke up to church bells and the smell of warm croissants. Front desk staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Many restaurants in immediate area. A hidden treasure.
