Great location, easily accessible and close to many tourist attractions, there was a problem with the air conditioning where it was blowing hot air which wasn't particularly helpful in an already hot room. Also there was a slight issue with what seemed like a never ending amount of mosquitos obviously this isn't the owners fault but it did make the experience slightly less enjoyable. The hotel provided many amenities including fresh towels and shampoo.

Overall, I had a positive experience at this hotel and would consider staying here again on my next visit to Venice. The Highlights: The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful perk, and the front desk staff were consistently helpful throughout our stay. We were given a top-floor room on the third floor, which turned out to be excellent. The blackout window coverings were particularly impressive—they completely blocked out light and helped us get great sleep. The room and bedding were clean, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to everything Venice has to offer. Room for Improvement: Communication before arrival could be better—the hotel didn't respond to my pre-trip message, and the location was a bit tricky to find initially. Some clearer directions would be helpful. The room itself could benefit from better lighting that's more easily accessible, and in general, everything was nice and spacious except the bathroom and shower which felt a bit cramped. The hallway carpets outside were dirty and could use refreshing. There's only one elevator, and it moves quite slowly, so factor in extra time if you're on an upper floor. Would I Return? Yes, I would stay here again. The free breakfast, helpful staff, clean accommodations, and excellent location outweigh the minor inconveniences. Just be prepared for a cozy room and don't expect lightning-fast elevator service.

The hotel is lovely, tucked away in a little courtyard really close to Sam Marco. most of the staff were really nice. One was quite misarable but that could be just her way. The fridge wasnt brilliant and there was a serious lack of pockets, but that wasnt anything major.

The setting for this hotel is stunning, right in the middle of San Marco near St Marks Square. It was clean and the staff were quite friendly, but the room was tiny and the toilet seat wobbled when you sat on it. I suppose, because of the size of it and where it is, it just didn’t seem like staying in a 3 star hotel. Fortunately, it’s position in Venice saved it and meant I’ve no regrets.

This hotel was tucked away in a small alley off a somewhat busy Avenue in Venice. It had a very nice and tranquil courtyard in front of it. It truly blacked out all the noise outside. The room had air-conditioning, was clean when I arrived was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful and had just about anything that you could ever want. Reception Was excellent. Roberto was very friendly with a lot of good advice. If I did come back to Venice, I would stay Do Pozzi again. Give it a try.

The bath room was not particularly safe to use the socket in the bathroom was loose The silvering on the mirror was worn on the back Light fixture on the walls no fixed correctly with exposed wires and not fixed properly

The hotel was clean & very central. My room was tiny but then us single travellers have to put up with this! I did not eat in the hotel but feel the ambience in the dining areas needs to be made more inviting - especially the outside seating area which is virtually non existent. More signage needed to offer eating facilities. I had a room on the first floor, which was very modern & up to date. Receptionist was rather sullen & withdrawn, although helpful!

Property is fine, good location, clean. But we’ve had several notifications of charges to our credit card we still trying to resolve with our bank. And our family was charged at checkin! Hotel says the charges are not from them but they are showing up under the hotels name. Either there’s an issue with billing group or their system has been hacked. Our bank is still working on resolving the triple charge activity.

When booking it said breakfast included (I must say now having been to the hotel I'm glad it wasn't) Really noisy, thin walls between rooms and doesn't feel safe or secure. Stayed with my husband and neither of us slept as bed was so uncomfortable, shower completely flooded the bathroom due to poor design, very bad slip hazard. Luckily was only for one night or I would have cancelled and requested a refund on the spot. Do not recommend!
