This is a great hotel especially if you are going to the opera at La Fenice.
Like most everything in Venice, getting there is labyrinthine, but it’s well worth it. Take the vaporetto to Santa Maria de Giglio to get closest (line 1)

I loved the location, close to amazing restaurants, shops and of course Piazza San Marco. The place nice and clean, staff really nice.

Great location next to Opera House, Fantastic staff at the front desk. Gondola ride just outside the hotel.
Old bathrooms and rooms need a refurbishment badly, the mattress is worn out and should be substituted.
