Location was quiet and away from the crowds but only 5-6 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Space was clean (including bathrooms), beds and pillows were comfortable, and a bottle of cold water was waiting for each of our family members in the different refrigerators. (Although, we didn’t realize until much later that there was even a mini fridge in each bedroom in addition to the one in the kitchenette.) Very effective air conditioning!
Bathrooms were a bit compact, but they were adequate for our 1-night stay. Needs a couple more hooks (especially by the shower) for towels to hang. The towel warmers were very dusty. (For some reason I see this same issue at other hotels and apartments.)

Everything about this property is sensational. Aircon is probably the best I’ve had in Venice & I’ve stayed in many hotels & apartments. Location central. Wifi works 💯. Clean, spacious with a roof top level. Great water pressure.
Would have been great if it had a washing machine. But definitely not a deal breaker as this property suited my family of 5 easily & very comfortable.
