Hotel Palazzo Keller was wonderful. The location is very convenient and yet the hotel is tucked away and very quiet. Our room was beautiful and very up-to-date, with plenty of connections for all technology. The bathroom was very modern, spacious and had a beautiful, large shower. All the common areas in the hotel are absolutely beautiful and very clean. Breakfast is served in a gorgeous dining room, and the spread is really everything you could ask for and more. Service was excellent throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.

a beautiful place to stay, not too far from the piazza san marco. the room was very nice and very clean and very modern. the staff was extremely helpful...we needed an early morning water taxi and they took care of it for us. also got us a breakfast box for the journey.

Hidden gem!! This hotel was superb. Impeccably clean, spacious, modern and comfortable room. Breakfast included was delicious and plentiful served in a beautiful dining room. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location. Quiet yet close enough to walk to the more touristy areas. Only a 3 minute walk from the from the Sant’Angelo stop so you can access transport around Venice, to train station and airport. Will absolutely stay here again!

A hidden and secluded gem, conveniently located close to a vaporetto stop on the main canal, in a quieter part of Venice, but close to lots of local restaurants and within a 10 minute walk of St Marks Square. The hotel is beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable and immaculately presented, with a wide choice at breakfast. All of the staff couldn’t do enough for you and we would 100% recommend this hotel.

Beautiful smalller hotel in a quiet neighborhood away from the Grand Canal but within easy walking distance to it and so many other charming areas of Venice. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding.

We stayed for two nights in May at Hotel Palazzo Keller, and it was wonderful. The hotel felt cozy, comfortable, and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. The reception staff were friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations—we tried a couple of their suggestions, and both were fantastic (be sure to book ahead). We had an early morning flight, and the staff went above and beyond to make our departure easy. They arranged a water taxi (just a short distance from the hotel) and even packed us a breakfast to take along. It was the perfect end to a truly enjoyable stay.

We made the right hotel choice for sure, thanks to Hotels.com and their ratings. We were in the top 3rd floor and the room was vaulted with a sunroof window. The hotel was the perfect location for walking and seeing sites. Luca at the front desk was so pleasant and accommodating. Our daily breakfasts were so wonderful and plentiful and 5 star. We enjoyed drinks at the bar on our first night with bartender Andrew and on our last night with bartender Carlos. Andrew made us great iced Irish coffees and Carlos made us super Vodka Bellinis. Luca arranged private water taxi service for arrival and departure. The water taxi stand was so close to the hotel!

This hotel is a real hidden gem. Close to the water taxis and centrally located for sailing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and the dining room was truly impressive!

We were met upon arrival at the water taxi drop off to get to the hotel. Service outstanding. Room ammenities incredible. They arranged everything requested. Luca and team just shine. And we vote best bath facilities including a safe shower!

Overall it was a positive experience. On previous visits (3) to Venice we’ve always stayed at The Bauer but couldn’t this time as it’s closed for renovations. The staff at Palazzo Keller are exceptional and the property is beautiful, tucked away in a quiet street but still very close to St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. It’s also only a few minutes (less than 5) walk from the San Angelo water bus stop. The room was spacious with a good size bed and air conditioning, and the bathroom was very well fitted to a high quality and gave us a huge double shower. Breakfast had a reasonable choice of food from a buffet. The breakfadt room is stunning with its decor annd overall the property has been beautifully renovated. The only criticisms I have is that for a luxury hotel and a junior suite room there was no full length mirror in the room! I travel extensively and I’ve never stayed in a room before that doesn’t have one! There was a full length mirror outside the room in a shared hallway but that’s not much good for getting dressed. The junior suite we were given on the ground floor was also quite blandly decorated compared to the pictures on the website of the junior suites showcased online. It looked out directly onto a same level courtyard area with tables for guests to sit and have drinks so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy reasons, and overall, as a travel photographer, I wasn’t happy to showcase out room at this property on social media.

Beautiful historic property with absolutely gorgeous updates — really an incredible renovation. Had some issues with overly fragranced carpet the first night (which was resolved in the morning, but honestly I would recommend no carpets in rooms as this is an issue for people with asthma and allergies like my family). The staff are super friendly and thoughtful location is unbeatable. Quiet but literally around the corner from dining options and transport, and just 10 minutes walk to St Marks Square. Overall more than exceeded our expectations. Not sure when I’ll be back in Venice but for sure will stay here.
