Everything was just perfect. All the hotel staff were very professional, approachable and friendly also provided excellent assistance about the local area.

Very beautifully designed hotel, central located but on a quiet street. Very good breakfast. Very clean room.
Rooms on the ground floor are very close to a reception. The noise from people on the reception and on the hallway was very loud. I was awakened in the middle of the night because of it.

The palazzo was incredible. So pretty and decorated. Location was great too!
I would say nothing. Maybe the only thing is that breakfast starts a bit later (7.30am) which for us with jet lag was a bit of waiting, but other than that everything was perfect
