Mosquitoes! We were in an upper room, 3A, and got bitten multiple times by mosquitoes hiding between the rafters. Killed many, still got bit on night two… also no breakfast option.

Location, cleanliness, responsiveness of staff, comfortable beds, good hot and large enough shower, thick towels, towel warmer, coffee machine in room.
The size of the coffee table/snack area was a little small, the snacks and sugar were not replenished after day 1, and a few more coffee pods could have been provided each day instead of only one per guest. These are tiny compared to the quality of the beds and linens.

Well decorated. Clean. Beautiful spiral staircase.
Good food and selection for breakfast. The location was good.
When we arrived, we provided our name as directed into the intercom. The intercom system did not work well as the person speaking could not be understood as the voice was breaking up. As a result, we all stood out in the pouring rain longer than needed before the door was unlocked for us. The eating/breakfast area was a little small.
