Ca' Morosini

Very clean and comfortable, and had very nice amenities to use, such as the kitchen with a coffee machine, tea and coffee bags, and water. The utilities were new and always clean. The room was also topped up with free snacks every day and the rooms were tidied. Situated very close to the city centre and close to its own nice areas, tourist attractions, and restaurants. Air conditioning was also very effective. Bathroom amenities were also top quality and very clean. Very easy to enter via access codes.

A little difficult to check in at the start as the hotel isn't always staffed, and the receptionist only spoke italian. But once checked in, access was very easy and we were never bothered by anyone. Staff was very kind and helpful. The door to the room was a little shaky and would make nose with the wind, but this was very minor and was overcome by putting a shoe in front of the door to prevent movement.

Great location! Easy check in! Everything was clean and a nice little hang out area with coffee and snacks on each floor.

The location was excellent, right in the centre of Venice overlooking a beautiful piazza. Everything spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Easy access from the vaporetto. Loved the communal little kitchen area outside the room where we could prepare the complimentary tea’s and coffee’s. Luggage storage facilities.

Nothing to dislike.

The property location is good

The second room wasn’t made up when we arrived. I couldn’t contact the staff and ended up having to sleep under a towel with no bedding. We were two people but were not sharing the double bed. We were told the next day we would have had to request the room to be made up which seems ridiculous as we’ve booked a place with two rooms and if we said we were three people we would have had to pay city tax for three people. The balcony is nice but no furniture to sit out there and enjoy it.
