We stayed in the suite. The place was very comfortable and clean. We went during the winter, and it was super cozy and warm. The bedrooms were bright, and we had access to the terrace, which had nice views of the town. The location is very convenient. I'll stay here again, highly recommended.

Our booking was changed from Ca' Morosini to Hotel Grifoni due to “renovations” at Ca' Morosini. We agreed to the change and that part was fine. On the positive side: great location and the option to make coffee/tea in the lobby.
What I didn’t like was the constant messages asking us to pay the city tax through a third-party website and to send scans of our passports. Some of the messages included incorrect links, which didn’t help.
We stayed in Venice in December, and the AC unit (with heating function) was extremely loud — we couldn’t sleep because water kept running inside it and the noise was really disturbing.
The cleaning was okay, but… the cleaning lady used our toilet twice in a row and didn’t flush afterwards. I mean she flushed but not properly...
