The room was a very large size. We were upgraded to a superior room unexpectedly which was a very pleasant surprise. The bathroom was also very spacious and well equipped. The aircon worked well.
The hallway carpet and stairs appeared to need a vacuum.

Locanda Barbarigo was the perfect place to stay in Venice! Right in the hub of everything with St Mark’s Basilica and the Bridge of Sighs only a short walk away there is easy access to all the must see spots. Not to mention ferry and transport services were close by. Staff were warm and friendly. Great value for stay!

Absolutely amazing location, 5 mins walk from St Mark’s. Huge room with a mini fridge, invaluable if you’re on a budget & trying not to eat out. Late check in was very easy, communication was great. Room also had a kettle so we could come back between activities & have a rest, cup of tea & reset. Aircon was also invaluable. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, close to landmarks but not in a super busy area. Good food places close by. Nice and quiet.
Unfortunately the A/C in our room was broken, we had to go 2/3 nights without. The substitute was a portable fan which didn’t really work. The room was very hot and we were unable to sleep for most of the night. Due to this issue we were swapped into another room on our final night which was quite nice and had working A/C! Besides this inconvenience it’s a nice hotel and the final night was great!
