    This hotel was in a good area, near the pier and gondola service. The hotel was new and nice, bed was comfortable. And it was very clean. The maid was helpful and attentive. But the front office was not so friendly (that was the only bad thing about this hotel) This hotel gave the best and generous complimentary mini bar, as we stayed in a lot of hotels in this trip, but never found this great comp mini bar, cheers to that service. All in all, great hotel, great area, great maid, and great complimentary mini bar.

    Excellent stay in Palazzo Pianca!

    I have never stayed in a hotel with such appalling hygiene and maintenance. From the moment we checked in, it was one disaster after another. Here are the issues we encountered during our stay: Disgusting Cleanliness Upon Arrival: The moment we walked into the room, there was an empty, used Coca-Cola can left behind. Worse, there were literal pieces of dead skin/peeling foot skin visible on the bed, and the bathroom had absolutely zero toilet paper provided on day one. Stained Bedding & Poor Housekeeping: The bedsheets had a noticeable stain that looked like tomato sauce. Even after the room was supposedly "cleaned" by housekeeping, we found used tissues left inside the bedsheets. Completely unacceptable. Severe Pest Infestation: The room was crawling with insects. There was a massive cockroach in the room, and the mosquito situation was a nightmare—we had to kill over 30 mosquitoes throughout our 3-night stay. This place is completely unhygienic and poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and avoid *** at all costs.
