Great location, comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and overall very good value for money

Great central location in between the Rialto and San Marco Piazza. Very close to 2 of the main water bus stops. Some lovely reasonably priced restaurants, deli and supermarket close by. Good continental breakfast served with a great choice of flavored croissants, fresh fruit and good coffee machine. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, just a little dated. Only one of our rooms had a view of the canal (209) but given we weren't in our rooms much, this was fine.

Its a shame the hotel doesn't have a bar to relax in the afternoon or evening, you can however buy wine, beer and water from reception or bring in your own from outside. Great courtyard to relax in, a relaxation room and lounge area.

Look it's really tiny and not at all nice dorm style accommodation and after leaving we realised we had a lot of clothing stolen at this property

We enjoyed our stay.

We liked the people at the reception. Absolutely nice, i also liked that fact that the room was clean, the amazing outside sitting area on the second floor. Which has stools to sit or lay on. We spent a lot of hours there. Taking a break from the warm and noise. The location was amazing as well, close to everything nice to see, but also very quiet.

The bathroom, bad ventilation. The size of the room which was small, but there was a lot of storage places.

It was probably as convenient as it gets in Venice location wise.

They advertised AC - it was over 80 degrees after midnight in my room and they refused to turn the AC on - apparently it is a whole building system so effectively the room does not have AC since one cannot turn it on as needed. It was a miserable stay due to the heat and lack of advertised AC. Highly recommend only staying there in January and February when it is cold because opening the windows to cool down means there are a bunch of mosquitoes invading the room (stopped counting at 20 bites on my face).

The location is great. The rest, is really mediocre.

The room is very small, but what you need. Generally very loud in the corridor, but insulation. Can hear everything through the door. The internet is very bad. Cannot work at all there. The windows are looking to terrible pipes. The staff is a bit condescending, when asked simple questions like: where can I eat.

Very good hotel in very central location for all parts of Venice and transport routes

The staff were v helpful. Venice, it was not easy to get around, but the staff were great at helping you find your way and even printed off maps to show routes to take. The first floor terrace was lovely and it was great to eat breakfast in the courtyard al fresco

I had a single bed. It couldve been more comfortable. My room was a bit too functional and clinical looking. It could've been softened up with a rug or other soft furnishings. I personally would've liked some tomatoes on the breakfast menu

Perfect central location

This location was absolutely perfect. From the train I took the water bus to the Accademia Bridge walked over and just a few minutes to the hotel. I felt very safe and access to everything was perfect from this location. The courtyard was quite special and breakfast was very good. The room I had was small but good for me. I would stay again.

I would have like it to be cleaner in the bathroom...moldy in spots and the floor needed cleaning.

Reasonable value for money in an city well known for expensive accomodation, but not comfortable

Booking was easy, not expensive for Venice, inclusion of breakfast was good. Having a refrigerator was good. Daily room service was appreciated, air-conditioning and wifi worked well

Room was small, double bed small, , reduced availability of powerpoints in the bedroom area. Reading light and bedside table only on one side of the double bed. Other side of bed had no where to put valuables and no reading light. Mosquitos regularly in the room at night, no insect spray provided to manage.

The staff in the reception was really rude. They try to sell us another addirional room because of my 7 years old child, which we did not even ask additional bed or anything. They charged me 60 euros just for her.

The breakfast. The variety of choice was okay for the money, but I thought everything tasted weird. Not expired or anything, just really strange. For example, a boiled egg tasted more like a highly concentrated ball of salami. In any case, it did not affect my experience and I gave the place a 10.

centrally located, we had each a single room with a small bed, and a private bath similar to a dorm room. extremely clean, the staff is very attentive. I think it is run by nuns. the breakfast was excellent, many delicious types o pastries and coffees close to the vaporetto station

centrally located. comfortable and friendly reception staff always saying hello. Cleaners make up room every day. The male breakfast staff was very friendly, there were no eggs so I asked for it. Even though he could not understand he used his phone to translate and bought out boiled eggs for us.

The female breakfast staff was rude. I had a leftover croissant on my plate so decided to wrap it up in a tissue to take with me as I don’t like to waste food and I’m sure they would have binned it as it was my leftovers. The female staff came over and started yelling at me in her language, she sounded annoyed and was pointing at the croissant. Even though I didn’t fully understand the language it was obvious that she was telling me off for taking 1 croissant, I was really embarrassed as this made everyone look at me.

Enjoyed our stay!

Facility was nice, staff were friendly, and breakfast was great (lots of selection and very tasty)! Room was small but perfect for a couple nights of travelling!

Bathroom shower was small and tight getting into (door was very very narrow). We arrived in the dark and found the location slightly tough to find.
