Would recommend, great value for money in the heart of Venice

Very friendly staff, the breakfast was good and plentiful. Great location, lots of bars and restaurants in short walking distance. About 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 12 minutes from Rialto Bridge! Small but comfortable and very clean rooms!

I could not have enjoyed my stay more …

Locanda Fiorita is a small boutique hotel with 10 rooms and is upfront about the service(s) that are available and the limited facilities it can offer. As long as you make yourself aware of that (which is very clear in the information) it is an absolutely brilliant place to stay and I cannot praise it too highly. It is spotlessly clean and all the staff (in my experience) go out of their way to provide their guests with the friendliest and most efficient service possible. Anthony (the manager) went out his way to make the experience the best it could have been and watching the Venice sunset from the rooftop bar of their sister hotel a stone’s throw away of my last evening staying their was lovely and memorable. Venice is such a visceral and elevating place to visit built on incredible human ingenuity and engineering and creative imagination and the hotel is incredibly well situated being very close to the Accadamie bridge as to facilitate seeing many of the major sites; as well as being right by a thriving square with plenty of shops and restaurants. It is also very easy to get straight from the airport to the hotel by vaporetto.

Lovely little hotel in a super location!

The room was very clean and had what we needed. The en-suite was tiny but very clean and the shower was hot and powerful. We stayed three nights and the room was serviced each day. The breakfast was great. The weather wasn’t good enough to eat outside so we had it in our room and there was more than enough. The coffee was good and plentiful and the fresh bread and croissants were great. The location was ideal. Just a few yards away from restaurants and little shops, and only a few minutes walk from St Mark’s, Realto, Academia Bridge etc. The walk from the water bus stop was only a few minutes, and water bus timetable wasn’t too bad to follow once we got used to it. So one day we bought a day pass (€25 per person) and hopped on and off ferries to Murano and Burano which were definitely worth visiting. Everything was easy to access from this lovely little hotel. We had a couple of nice meals at Al Vaporetto (watch out for the cover charge of €3 per person which may or may not be charged) and a great little bar Ristopub tucked away very near the hotel with great cocktails and live music and sports tv! The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Thank you!

Excellent Fiorita

Fiorita had a perfect location, it was extremely clean, it was very comfortable and quite at night although it was right in the center of the city. Breakfast was delicious and had enough variety of food. Staff was amazing, we are thankful for their hospitality and help. We loved everything about this place and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

Where to begin… the check in process was super simple and the staff gave us an upgrade to a room that overlooked the nearby plaza. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day and the coffee was delicious. We were in Venice for a wedding and spent several evenings on the rooftop balcony and front courtyard. Anthony took time to get us plates, drinks, and snacks for the kids present. We grabbed pasta the night after the wedding and ate in the courtyard outside the hotel. When Anthony found out our friends were celebrating their wedding, he gave us a bottle of prosecco, and went and purchased us all tiramisu; they weren’t even guests at the hotel, but he made us all feel so welcome. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the city center for easy walking. Anthony: you are a gem of a man, thank you for making our trip so special.

We were thrilled to find this gem for our stay in Venice! Would definitely recommend.

The property was well located to get to Venice’s main sites. Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean with everything that we needed. Also, there is a square very close by with shops and restaurants. Most importantly, the staff were fantastic and did lots of extras to make our stay quite special. We really appreciated the included breakfast and the outdoor seating location as a bonus.

It made our stay in Locanda Fiorita an unforgettable experience especially with the rooftop terrace sunset view. I would honestly recommend a visit to this lovely boutique hotel.

They had just come from a disappointing experience at another hotel, but from the moment they arrived at Locanda Fiorita, everything exceeded their expectations. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. The location is central yet in a peaceful and quiet area—ideal for exploring Venice without the noise. The welcoming bottle of Prosecco was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for a great stay. At checkout, they were pleasantly surprised to receive a discount on the parking fee, which is especially appreciated given how costly parking can be in Venice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city—it truly offers everything you could need, in a charming setting, at a very reasonable price. A special thanks to Francesca at the reception, who was a pleasure to speak with. She went above and beyond to assist me with the payment process and was consistently polite, helpful, and customer-focused. Her excellent service really made a difference!

Marvellous Hotel and Staff!

I was really looking forward to staying here as the reviews were so good and they were not wrong! Compact, but lovely modern shower room. Big spacious room, with 2 long (French) windows overlooking a pretty corner. The staff were amazing! Anton, Anthony, and the Lady serving breakfast, were all so cheerful and ready to help. I am so happy we stayed here. Whatever we needed, directions to decent restaurants and the river boat, timetable for the river boat for an early morning departure, breakfast and a kettle because we would be missing breakfast or assistance in an emergency, everyone was so kind and helpful. We travelled there by train and were sent helpful directions! I would love to stay again! Thank you all so much. Loved Venice, loved staying at The Locanda Fiorita!

Charming, very special place.

Completely charming boutique hotel in a quiet but perfect spot - close to S. Angelo ferry stop and less than 10 mins walk to P.zza S. Marco. Warm and friendly staff and Antony particularly gave a fantastic recomm for a dinner restaurant. Also, a sweet rooftop terrace available for a free Prosecco on arrival! Very happy landing in Venice.

The location was amazing, 10 min walk from piazza San Marco. The room was comfortable and clean. The night staff were very nice and helpful.

The toilets were outside from our room. We had leave the room and walk to the toilets which was not ideal. The day staff could be a little bit nicer.

We were upgraded to the b&b annexe some 30m away and the favourite was excellent with adverts to a roof terrace and lovely room and bathroom.

Lovely place in a great location

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room, bathroom, and common area were all spotless. Nice Italian-style breakfast served in the lounge area. There is also a small rooftop terrace available for all guests. The staff was very helpful and gave us a whole hotel tour upon our arrival. Also great location with two ferry stations about 5 mins walk from the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights in May. On arrival we were upgraded to their sister Hoel Bloom next door. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The location is fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Only wish there was a lift we were travelling with large luggage and stairs were difficult to manage.

Staff could not have been more helpful… we were with another couple and did not indicate that when we booked separately, and, since the accommodation is on two sites , we were not in the same building. Clean and conveniently located!

It was such a cute hotel in a great location. In a quiet little square but around the corner from a larger square with restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the Basilica and Grand Canal. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and the staff were lovely. We were to first to sleep on the new mattress in the room and it was very comfy!

The room was rather small, we did book the external bathroom which was annoying and we probably wouldn’t do next time. But that is personal preference and not something that was a hotel issue.

This property is like a quiet haven away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the main tourist parts of Venice. On the outside the property is rustic old Venice but on the inside modern, clean, up to date with fast WiFi. So there is a beautiful balance between the old and new Venice. All staff were wonderful, kind, caring and attentive. They were full of helpful knowledge and direction of where to experience the traditional old historical Venice and the new. Highly highly recommended.

The breakfast was very basic and did not meet the needs of special dietary requirements GF, Dairy Free, Lactose free. Everything else was awesome.
