I have stayed at Bloom/Settimo Cielo before; this is run by the same people. Lovely breakfasts, friendly helpful staff, fab San Marco location, beautifully appointed rooms and lovely roof terrace for guests across both properties. The only downside is the lack of plug sockets - but it's a historic building. It does operate a fixed date schedule for aircon/heating - aircon stops 15 Oct - just to be aware of.

Great location..but you probably have to cross the Academia bridge to get there...lots of steps. The room was small but clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was huge we got the sweet and savory. Had eggs, cheese,meat,buns, croisants,coffee, tea, cookies and fruit.

Amazing stay in this hotel. Ideally placed so it's just a 10 minute slow stroll to St Marks Square and the Rialto. It sits behind another square that is home to cafes and restaurants. The service was exceptional. The owner offered us a free bottle of bubbly to be enjoyed on the rooftop of his neighbouring hotel. Breakfast was served outside on the patio. All I can say is, if staying in Venice you can't go wrong here.

Perfect location. Near many of the points of interest and the water bus. One negative was the tv which had probably 200 channels and all were in Italian. We certainly didn't travel to Venice to watch tv it is nice to have something to watch in bed at night. We stayed here for a short trip to Venice. Our plane was delayed several hours so we reached out and the gentleman working the desk waited for us (checkin normally closes at midnight) which we were very geateful for. All the staff were helpful. Room was beautiful, clean and location was great. Within 3-4 minutes walking to boat. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and point of interests within 10 minute (or less) walk.

The hospitality at Locanda Fiorita is second to none. The staff were very accommodating and the rooms were well appointed and charming. We loved the rooftop terrace and leisurely breakfasts on the patio. Also, the location was perfect. We enjoyed walking wherever we desired to go in Venice.

A snug but cozy room with a window to an alley bustling, but not noisy. Greeted warmly and advised knowledgeably by concierge. Breakfast was very ample and luggage cared for as we wandered about waiting to depart late in the afternoon. Tip. Take the water bus for a tour of city along the Grand Canal.

Lovely little spot with fantastic service and breakfast, right next to a fantastic dinner spot and very short (7 min) walk to major tourist attractions! Highly recommend taking the ferry to and from the train station when arriving and departing, it's a 4 min walk. Loved it!

We had a very comfortable stay at Locanda Fiorita. The location is perfect for walking to St Marks (10 mins) not too close or busy but further enough away to be much quieter. It is also very close to Dorsoduro, which has great galleries and affordable and typical Venetian food. The hotel is also 3 minutes walk from the airport Vaporetto, which runs regularly. The room was small but very comfortable- the bed in particular was extremely comfortable! The staff are friendly and helpful. Be aware that breakfast is served to your room or outside in the courtyard. We went in winter and had two courtyard breakfasts and one room breakfast as you do need a warm coat on! I would definitely recommend this place and would return.

Where do I start! Locanda Fiorita does not disappoint. First, the hotel is near one of the water taxi stop, so there is no need for a long walk, which is great. Upon our arrival the gentlemen at the front greeted us with a warm welcome and assisted us to our room. We ended up getting the suite room, which was very spacious and looked over the alley ways (super cute). Aldo, our greater provided us with complimentary water and assisted us in figuring out how to navigate Venice (they also give you a free map, so you don’t have to buy one!). The breakfast was delicious and also complimentary!! The coffee made our day and the assortments of food brought me back to my childhood. At checkout time, we were able to leave out suitcases at the front desk. When we came back the gentleman at the front assisted up in taking our luggage down the stairs and towards the water taxi. Overall, it felt like we had stayed with people that truly cared about my well being. This is a very hospitable hotel and I can’t wait to come back and stay here when I visit Venice again.

Classic Venice feel to the property, the breakfast room was small but beautiful and had a lovely view. We could hear a lot of noise from people on the walkway next to the hotel and other hotel guests in their rooms.
