Great location..but you probably have to cross the Academia bridge to get there...lots of steps. The room was small but clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was huge we got the sweet and savory. Had eggs, cheese,meat,buns, croisants,coffee, tea, cookies and fruit.

Amazing stay in this hotel. Ideally placed so it's just a 10 minute slow stroll to St Marks Square and the Rialto. It sits behind another square that is home to cafes and restaurants.
The service was exceptional. The owner offered us a free bottle of bubbly to be enjoyed on the rooftop of his neighbouring hotel.
Breakfast was served outside on the patio.
All I can say is, if staying in Venice you can't go wrong here.
