Everything was so classy. The room could not be more perfect, the breakfast and eating area included. The view right out our window of the Grand Canal was surreal. In addition, the staff were so helpful in providing suggestions and directions during our stay making our stay very enjoyable. We loved it!
The hotel was fantastic. The water taxi pickup points to get to and from was confusing but that's just part of Venice.

Views from hotel rooms are amazing, sauna, pool and sun deck is renovated and looks great. Good and spacious parking, yet there is a lift access to parking, what may be challenging first time only.

Excellent location and a very nice breakfast room, as we checked out early on our last morning we were given a take-away breakfast pack which was much appreciated.
Our room was part of a top floor apartment, which was good in terms of being spacious, but there is no shower despite being listed in the room description. A hand held shower rose with poor water pressure in a bath is not a shower substitute. Communication at check in was pretty minimal and nobody appeared at breakfast, no fresh coffee at breakfast.
