Be aware that in Italy at certain times of year the HVAC is turned off due to law.

It was very clean. That is super important to me. The breakfast was lovely and we liked that. It was staffed 24 hours.
Shower was on the small side but manageable.

Very nice, clean property. Staff was very polite, kind and helpful. Location was great. Breakfast was very good and had a very nice selection. We had a room with a terrace and loved the extra space to go out into.
The room was on the small size. Not really a good place to put luggage.

Excellent location and a very nice breakfast room, as we checked out early on our last morning we were given a take-away breakfast pack which was much appreciated.
Our room was part of a top floor apartment, which was good in terms of being spacious, but there is no shower despite being listed in the room description. A hand held shower rose with poor water pressure in a bath is not a shower substitute. Communication at check in was pretty minimal and nobody appeared at breakfast, no fresh coffee at breakfast.
