This was a room within a shared appartment - communal kitchen and bathroom. I only stayed one night but would happily go back again for a longer stay. There was everything I needed and the appartment was clean and well equipped. Each room had it's own lock for privacy and security so no worrying about your belongings when out and about.
There was some noise from other visitors but nothing intrusive.

Shared bathrooms - never had to wait.
Everything was fine. Those with mobility issues - there is no lift.

Good location middle of Venice
Self check in is there but still requires to communicate for the front door.
The door on the bathroom shower was broken
We couldn’t store our bags at least after check out which is unusual on our trip.
Kitchen wasn’t clean
Nice place to sleep, wouldn’t really hang out
