The inn was exactly what we were expecting, loved looking out our window to canal and watch gondola go by 😍 kozy place and loved the history ❤️

The location was just perfect, right in the centre of Venice, our bedrooms overlooked the canal and I loved to watch the gondoliers pass by. The breakfast was lovely with coffee, croissants, orange juice and toast. The host Alessandro was very welcoming and made us very comfortable. Great air con in the rooms. Not a problem at all for us but people should be aware there are lots of stairs to climb to get to the villa. Totally worth it for the lovely view though.

Staff was very friendly. The facility is very flexible that allow custom to leave their luggage after check out. It would much help to customer whom like us to save time continuously seeing the attractions in Venice.
It is tough for custom like us who needs carry luggage.

"The location was perfect, close to amenities and historical attractions eg St Marks Square. The hotel was lovely and full of character considering its 400 years old! Matthew was a superb host!"
