Air-conditioning was perfect and required since weather was hot. The location was the best and cannot be better

Slightly small room for 3 persons, especially the extra sofa bed is small in length. Response on WhatsApp for any issue is very slow.

I like the atmosphere in the room. The place is convenient and comfortable for guests. There are free snacks and water.

Great location, easy to get to from the ferry/water taxi. Close to shopping and the square and centrally located so easy to get to anywhere in Venice.

The rooms were clean, the location was excellent, and having complimentary water and soft drinks in the room was a nice touch

The reception closes quite early, and after that, any assistance has to be requested over the phone. The check-in process was particularly poor - I filled out all the required details through the link they sent, but received no instructions on how to enter the property. My family and I ended up waiting outside for about 15 minutes until someone finally answered the phone and provided us with the entry code. Additionally, the luggage storage area isn’t properly secured - belongings are not locked in a separate room, which didn’t feel safe
