well priced, at first I thought it was hard to find, but it’s a 5 minute walk from the Rialto Stop of the Alilaguna water bus. Breakfast was good. Bed and pillows could be upgraded, but for the price it was fine.

Great location, a few mins walk from both Rialto Bridge and St Marks, Lovely high ceiling room, clean and well kept. Staff were friendly on the front desk, self service continental breakfast.
