Lovely and clean. It was a great location and comfortable
Room N2 faces a wall so lack of natural light makes the room a little dark and claustrophobic

The room was very posh looking and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The layout was nice and spacious, beds comfortable and view nice! Loved the serenading gondolas sailing past!
It advertised a sofa bed but would have cost an extra 40 Euros to make up/provide sheets, didn’t request twin beds because the sofa bed was advertised. Also the lobby floods in the rain (may be the norm and the staff did quickly resolve)… wasn’t really a problem.
