The staff were great and very nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is clean and in a great location. A little tricky to find but not a big deal! Overall a great hotel.
We had some issues with our sink - the pipe kept coming undone and water would pour out and into the bathroom. Other than that, all good.

This was a nice property for our family, with separate bedrooms. The bedrooms are upstairs while the bathroom is on the first floor. There was a cozy living room and small kitchenette. The beds were very comfy. The property was well maintained, had AC units on both levels, and was very quiet. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station but outside of the tourist area. There are several restaurants nearby along the canal if you do not want to go far for dinner. It took about 30 mins to walk to San Marco Square. We enjoyed our stay at this property.
