Great location, very close to St. Mark’s Square and right in the heart of Venice. It’s a perfect place for anyone who wants to experience Venice from the inside and really get a feel for the city. It is a bit of a walk from the train station, but you can always take a water taxi — just arrange it when you arrive. We chose to walk because we wanted to see more of Venice, explore the little streets, and experience the local atmosphere along the way. Thank you for a wonderful stay. A truly great place to stay in Venice!
Since there aren’t many grocery shops nearby, it would be a nice touch to have some bottled water available in the room for guests upon arrival.

Good location, friendly staff.
There was no shower head- it was broken, also no warm water in the shower.

really nice apartment, as detailed too. cleaners came daily and provided fresh towels. in a perfect location- right by Rialtos Bridge and within walking distance from all main landmarks. able to leave luggage when checked out and staff were amazing at answering any questions
bathroom door was hard to open and close, we did get stuck in. but when staff was notified they came and fixed it for us (so cannot fault them at all)

The hotel is in a nice and central location.
Overall it was clean but not maintained. The fridge was broken, the shower looked like it will fall apart, the furniture looks damaged.
