The location is amazing

The room we got is in extremely poor shape, the air-conditioning was dripping water all night, the hairdrier was broken, the door of the bathroom didn't close and was very loud because the room didnt have any sounds insulation, i can't recommend this room at this prices point

Location is perfect for exploring the centre of Venice. In addition the rooms come with air conditioning which was key during the summer when we went

We were scheduled to check in at 2pm but had to wait until 2:35pm for the owner to arrive. In addition the cleaner took our towels and didn't replace them after only one day.

Very traditional and quaint. Bed was comfortable. Good value for money. Staff were lovely. And the bonus is, you can leave your bags after checking out if you had a late flight, then go back for them later. Would definitely stay here again. Cheap and cheerful.

Property is pretty, room looks nice and staff was friendly!

The ad said AC is included since it’s summer here. AC didn’t work and the room got so hot that we had to leave our door open to the hallway where anyone could see in. Staff said they would send someone who never came and didn’t offer another room so we were feeling pretty gross during our stay inside. The mini fridge in the room was also unplugged and took forever to get cold after plugging it in so we couldn’t even keep water that cold

Fantastic location, easy to find. 7 minutes walk from nearest water bus station, plenty of shops/cafes around. Rooms could benefit from renovation TBF, but you don't spend much time in there anyway:)

Had to make a long distance call to get initial access to pension. No Wi-Fi in our room. Staff did not respond to request for service. Staff off site. Hard to reach and rude. Pillow 2 inches thick. Very uncomfortable. I have had great results using Booking.com but not this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

With heavy luggage there was no lift access up the stairs. Room was dark however it is because the streets are narrow. There was a kettle and two cups but no spoons, coffee, tea, milk on offer. ( we took our own teabags)

only 2/3 mins of hot water at anyone time, wifi was pretty much non existent, when the lovely lady made us hook it up in the bathroom, we knew it wasn’t going to work well

Easy check in. Brilliant location. 2 mins from Rialto Bridge. Very enjoyable.

That we struggled to find it although that was not due to the staff or hotel. We just didn't know the location. The best way to find it is to get to the famous Rialto bridge and then navigate from there. It's right opposite H and M.

The wifi didn’t work at all which isn’t a necessity if you are staying in Italy for a few days but if you needed to access your device like my friend and I it isn’t the place for you! shower didn’t really work too well, hot water didn’t work on our last day.

Found bed bugs our second night, and staff did nothing to help us. When we called, they said they had no options for us. We asked if we could be put in another room, or to get clean sheets. They said they would call us back, and hung up. After an hour, we called again, and they wouldn’t pick up the phone

Quiet and cosy stay in a spacious and comfortable room, in perfectly located Venetian guesthouse

Superb location really near St. Mark’s square and Rialto bridge. Quiet and cosy inside, overlooking lovely square with shops and cafes all around. Easy access, rooms cleaned every day, very spacious and well equipped.

No tea, coffee or milk in room - however there was a kettle and mini fridge. Rooms were cold when we arrived but warmed up very quickly with heating.
