Beautiful place to stay in Venice

Perfect location, ancient Venetian building with the private bridge, windows to the canal with gondolas, singing and playing (but early in the morning cargo boats unload the supplies, and be ready to some noise)! Really perfect in the heart of San Marco area, close to Gritti Palace, close to Academia Bridge. Room design is quite exceptional, especially when you want to make some amazing photos! Thank you!

There were some technical issues, e.g. some furniture needs reparation, boiler (or heater, I didn’t understand what it was) was very noisy, especially at night. The room lacks extra toilet paper, some tableware, cutlery, etc.

Bedcover wasn’t clean. There were blond hairs of woman on it. Pillows and blankets were clean.

Would come back

The location was great. Beautiful view from the window of the canal. The room was very large which was definitely useful for our toddler. We couldn't hear neighbours and with the canal outside, the only noise was the yells and talking between the gondolas which can be quite charming.

The room and bathroom wasn't spotless but it wasn't a problem.

The location and host were great.

We found rats in the building two nights in a row, which was quite disgusting. There was scattered trash in the hallway that was never cleaned during the 4 days we stayed there. The room was feeling a bit claustrophobic becuse the windows were facing another building with very little light enetering the room. Also, there was no shower in the bathroom, only a bathtub with a small tap. We wouldn’t repeat the experience. After the first 2 nights there, we couldn’t wait to be back home.

Location and comfy bad

The bathroom design isn’t very practical. There’s no faucet or shower head, so cleaning yourself feels like you need to be a gymnast. I was also surprised to find that there was no soap provided.

Wonderful stay in Amazing Venice!

Vip Venice Rooms – We stayed in a spacious, well-appointed room with an ensuite bathroom. The room featured a large, comfortable bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV, fridge, and kettle – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom, though it didn’t have a shower, had a generously sized bathtub. With a bit of bubble bath and the option of dimmed lighting, it became a surprisingly relaxing feature that I really enjoyed. The location was ideal – just a five-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and close to many major attractions. It was also conveniently located just a few minutes from the ‘Santa Maria del Giglio’ Vaporetto stop. We found it to be the perfect base for our wonderful break in Venice, with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants all nearby.

We did have an interesting night thanks to a mosquito in the room – understandable given Venice’s abundance of water. I’d recommend keeping the windows closed and bringing some mosquito repellent, just to be on the safe side.

Great location, everything else substandard.

The location was excellent, being 2 minutes walk from the Realto Bridge.

Not as advertised. This appears to be one of a number of apartments managed by the same people and does not look like the photographs used or the associated reviews. It was basic and we were bitten a lot by what appears to be a mixture of bed bugs and mosquitos. No batteries in the remote, no soap, shower hose needed replacing, some sockets not reliable.Bed base and walls dirty.

Great location and an amazing view from the window. The balcony is above the canal which adds to the Venice experience :)

It would be nice to fix hot water. It jumps from very hot to cold every 20 seconds. Also, the door to the bathroom has to be replaced as it has big dents. Nothing critical, just does not look good.

Impossible de dormir au delà de 7h. Un vacarme dans le hall de l’immeuble dans le canal situé ci dessous. Des bateaux qui débarquent pour livrer du matériel, retirer des débris, pomper de l’eau dans l’arrière cours d’un restaurant on aura tout eu ! Dans la chambre un compresseur branché au ballon d’eau chaude qui se déclenche jour et nuit avec un bruit assourdissant, la douche incapable de se réguler en chaud et froid. Et la propreté comme si aucun ménage n’avait été fait. Nôtre hôte était censé être dispos ni le par whats app selon ses promesses elle ne nous aurait jamais répondu pour ce problème de compresseur en ayant vu mes messages.

Top Lage, grosse Wohnung mit Küche und 2 Bädern. Schlafsofa für Kind 6-J. war ok. Netter Empfang bei der Wohnungübergabe, wir wurden vorher auch kontaktiert betr. den Möglichkeiten für die Anreise, super! Es hat einen (historischen) Lift ;-)

Wlan funktionierte öfters nicht. Zu wenig Shampoos und Toilettenpapier (3 Muster-Shampoos für 3 Personen und 4 Nächte, sowie 2 Rollen WC-Papier), da sollte man nicht sparen.

Viaggio a Venezia per goderci la città.

La struttura è molto bella elegante ed accogliente. Arredamento molto bello ed anche le pareti pulite e ben decorate. Ampio spazio e disponibilità di affacciarsi a due finestre davanti ad un canale.

Abbiamo dormito malissimo in quanto davanti l’antibagno c’e un boiler scalda acqua abbastanza grande molto rumoroso si avviava di continuo durante la notte svegliandoci per il rumore abbastanza forte. Anche il piccolo frigo posizionato in camera si avviava di continuo rumorosamente.

Servizio deludente, dirigente / proprietaria sgarbata, bagno / vide rotta / non hanno sapone per la mano, la stanza è grande ma sono riempito di divano letto enorme che alla fine occupa tutto spazio, ovviamente non hanno la colazione e posto per depositare la valigia e se lo chiedi ti danno informazioni pessimo poi anzi di venire incontro cliente ti insistano e pure la soluzione per deposito valige c’è l’hanno davanti gli occhi ma evidentemente non interessandosi trovare le soluzioni per cliente loro ti insultano quindi personale e proprietà professionalità in settore pari a ZERO !!!

Le rapport qualité prix/confort n'y est pas mais qualité prix/emplacement dans Venise c'est idéal.

Ce n'est pas un appartement, mais une chambre et une petite salle de bain avec une douche. La photo du site présentant une chambre est en complet décalage avec la réalité du bien proposé à la location. La jeune personne s'occupant de la réception des clients est très sympathique mais est apparement très occupée. J'ai oublié en partant une boite avec des écouteurs, cette personne me les a renvoyé en France sur une simple demande, la confiance est présente. Notre départ c'est fait de la manière la plus simple du monde en laissant simplement les clés dans la chambre.

L'emplacement dans Venise est idéal, l'adresse un peu difficile à trouver. La chambre n'est pas a conseiller pour des personnes agées (troisième étage très raide et sans ascenceur), le confort est correct mais sommaire, (pas de table, pas de chaise). Les fenêtres donnent sur une petite cour, qui est l'arrière des restaurants, ce qui amène tôt le matin des livraisons bruyantes.

Typisch venezianisches Haus! Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Apartment mit Blick auf einen Kanal mit einem entzückenden winzigen Balkon, die Gondeln fahren unten vorbei, lebendig am Tag und ruhig in der Nacht! Sehr gutes Bett! Vis a vis ein sehr gutes Restaurant! Markusplatz drei Geh Minuten entfernt! Nette Hostess!

Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses wirkt nicht empfangsbereit, das/die Apartements im 3. Stock entschädigen sofort für den 1. Eindruck!

La struttura è in posizione centrale ma questo è l’unico punto a favore. Le immagini non corrispondono alla reale situazione di degrado e di sporcizia in cui versa la struttura.

Tutto è stato molto deludente. Molto sporca le tende cadenti nel bagno c’era solo una vasca senza nemmeno un doccino costringendo a lavarsi sotto il rubinetto. Nella stanza su un frigorifero da campeggio vuoto (nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua) un bollitore di scarsa qualità e due tazze. Non c’era lo Shampo, non c’era un asciugacapelli. Nel bagno il faretto delll specchio pendeva su un lato. Lo specchio era rotto e retto da un pezzo di scotch. La tenda del bagno cadeva. Anche nella stanza le tende cadevano da un lato. Su tutto aleggiava un aria di abbandono e sporcizia.

Posizione centrale e camera pulita

Scale ripide e sporche, per accedere alla camera si passa da un soppalco basso, bisogna stare attenti a non sbattere la testa. La porta di ingresso della camera nel punto più alto e circa 1,70 m e in quello basso 1,4m, bisogna chinarsi per entrare. Finestre sprovviste di zanzariere, abbiamo passato le notti a schiacciare zanzare in quantità industriale. Bagno sprovvisto di bidet, poca pressione nell'impianto idrico.Le luci della camera erano non funzionanti, le uniche funzionanti erano quelle delle due lampade da tavolo dei comodini. Alla prenotazione ci dava una posizione vicino a piazza San Marco cambiata ad avvenuto pagamento e comunicataci via mail, cmq in posizione centrale.
