We loved the location of this room. It was close to the water taxi and the Rialto bridge. Our host was so accommodating! When he found out we had to leave early on the day of our departure he had a bag breakfast made for us and put in our frig. Very thoughtful and much appreciated! The breakfast was good as well.
Nothing. Just know that there are a lot of stairs. Not a problem for us and it certainly kept us in shape but if you have a problem with stairs maybe you can request a lower floor room.

It was easy to get to pulling a suitcase😊
The distance between our room and the bar across the alley was very loud
