The property is walking distance from Realto Market, Realto bridge the Vaporetto docks, etc. The proprietor Damiano is very helpful , buffet breakfast is good, Pity we were not able to go up the roof top to take photos,one of the guests rented it. I gather there's one apartment good for family. .would be happy to use this property again or recommend it to my friends.

Fab place in the heart of Venice, but also quiet enough to take you away from the noise and busy crowds. Excellent access to main transport hubs too. Our hosts were so accommodating and did all they could to make our stay a memorable one. Breakfast was lovely in a very personal and comfortable atmosphere. This guest house is in an excellent location. The San Silvestro Line 1 water bus stops a few minutes' walk away. The guest house is a few minutes walk from the Grand Canal. All major sites are easily accessible. The area it is in-San Polo is busy and interesting. The hotel is down a narrow Venetian road off two large squares. It feels very authentic.. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Ours had an art deco chandelier in the Rostrato style by Angelo Barouier from Murano. Breakfast is plentiful. The owners are kind and extremely helpful.

Everything was excellent, but the less mobile could find the stairs a challenge. Let the owner know if you need a first floor room.
