La habitación es perfecta, muy amplia, confortable, luminosa, buenas vistas y cama muy cómoda. Tiene heladera y cafetera nueva. El baño impecable, todo nuevo y amplio. La ubicación es genial, la zona tranquila y a un paso de todo: Rialto, Mercato, San Marco La estación Silvestro de vaporetto a pocos metros.

I decided to write a review because I truly had a wonderful stay. 🥰 Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to truly relax and enjoy my time in beautiful Venice. These apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean (which was incredibly important to me), and equipped with everything you might need: a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, and air conditioning. Everything worked perfectly and very quietly. I especially appreciated how clean the air conditioning and ventilation system was—it’s something I always notice, and unfortunately, it’s not always the case elsewhere. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was such a pleasure to enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the beautiful view. 😍 The room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and free of unnecessary clutter, making it feel comfortable and relaxing. The location is another huge advantage. You’re just a one-minute walk from the lively streets of Venice, yet the apartment itself is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area. It gives you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the city’s vibrant atmosphere and then return to your own private space to unwind. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and vaporetto stops nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore Venice in any direction. It truly feels like staying in a “quiet center” of the city. For me, this was the perfect place to stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The perfect location, clean modern facilities whilst retaining its historic charm. great air conditioning as we stayed on a very hot weekend. Helpful host who met us as we arrived and explained how everything worked including an keyless entry system I hadn’t seen before!
