The location was perfect. Centrally located to visit anything in Venice. The entrance was on the bridge which was so nice. The staff was always very helpful and nice. The cleaning ladies were amazing and the room was always spotless.

The location is perfect.
This is not a hotel, and not a palace as they call it. It doesn't provide any service. I ended up having the top room, with 100 stairs to get there. My bathroom was on the lower floor (15 stairs lower). The price is very good for Venice but I would have liked some real client service.
