The room was very clean and quiet and the host was very helpful and responsive when we got lost trying to find the place. Breakfast was simple but with good variety. Location right in the middle of Venice so easy to access everywhere.
The mattress was a little firmer than I prefer, but otherwise no complaints!

Lovely little spot, central yet quiet and peaceful, especially in the courtyard. Matteo was so nice and breakfast was delicious - he took time each day to make sure we had what we needed. We loved Venice and could not have chosen a better hotel.

Very good position near Campo S. Polo; beautiful location with a nice dehors; the room and bathroom spacious and spotless clean, the beds very comfortable; we found bathrobes, towels, slippers and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in the room. Matteo, our host, a very friendly person who sent us in advance the access keys to the common areas and room and volunteered to prepare extras for breakfast if we so wished.
