Perfect location for being close to things, but not in a loud area. Room was very comfortable, safe, clean and had great amenities for an American!
I wish there had been luggage storage. I was a little confused by there being no front desk person there all the time (I think it's european to not do that) so wasn't sure how to check out, where to put the key, etc. Even though I was leaving at the check out time the day of my departure. It was really hard to get to the hotel, I'd never been to venice before so I didn't realize that you take a boat to the closest area and then we had to walk 20 mins in 90degree humid heat to get to the hotel, many steps and stairs to navigate. Not the hotel's fault, but worth knowing beforehand.

The location was very central. 10 mins walk from Rialto Bridge, the bed was comfy and we slept very well. The bathroom was very clean too. Decorated in ventician style.
No sign on the door so a little hard to find. Could do with a refresh of paint. The shower was very low pressure however the spray shower worked well.

Very comfy bed and good location
We had to pay 50€ extra for arrival in the weekend which I think is excessive considering the room rate. The room had a strong smell. We had the king room with canal view which theoretically yes the window looks on a canal but it’s not a view worth mentioning as added value.
