Location was fantastic and the owner stayed in touch and allowed us to check in earlier. Very friendly and informative. I'd stay here again just for the location.
The electrics weren't great and one of the bedroom lights didn't work. The main room light came on but wouldn't go off unless you removed the card key.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel vous êtes à 10 minutes de la place San Marco et à 2minutes du pont rialto. L'hôte est super disponible et d'une amabilité remarquable. Je recommande cet appart sans hésitation !
le seul "hic" l'appartement est un peu penché :) mais l'hôte n'y est pour rien !

Det är många trappor upp till rummet. Smala trappor. Ingen hiss. Så om du har en stor resväska kan det ställa till lite problem. När vi checkade in var det ingen där, vi fick en kod att öppna... Var lite förvirrande utan personal och att kommunikationen skedde via ett plötsligt meddelande på WhatsApp, men allting fungerade som det skulle!

Location was good
Had booked another hotel but somehow our credit card kept being rejected, on arrival we were offered another accomodation. Later, we found out that this happened with other clients too. The 'hotel' was rundown, walls snugged with seas insects, toilet seat cracked , 1cm dust on bedside tables. Complained with owner but he was rather arrogant and kept twisting his words
