This is a perfect place to stay in Venice. Short walk to all major spots you want to see. The view from the room is amazing. Silva and Carolina were excellent, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included. Hotel has an elevator, and an easy walk up. I would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel right in the center of Venice with an excellent view to the Grand Canal from the breakfast room. Staff was very helpfull and kind. Room was clean. The hotel provided glutenfree bread etc. for the breakfast. It was a very good stay. We would like to stay there again another time.

I was a bit nervous about this stay because of the complaints about noise, cleanliness and service from the staff. My stay was great. Staff were polite, room was clean although a bit worn - I think the dark colors make the room look dirtier than it actually is. There were no noise issues for me but I was at the back of the hotel in 308 and heard no noise even though they were blasting music at the front of the hotel, so if you get rooms closer to the grand canal, it could be an issue. Otherwise, it was an uneventful stay - just the way I like it.

The hotel can be described as shabby chic. Our room was very large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had terrible lighting and the shower tray was extremely slippery. All this was made up by the good position for exploring Venice and the first class and very helpful front of house staff.

The hotel is located new the Rialto Bridge. Many of the tourist sites were easily reachable by water taxi or walking. Their breakfast was European style but a great start to the day. The staff was fantastic. They suggested restaurants, arranged for any special transportation we required, and were able to answer any questions we came up with. We would definitely stay there again.

Carolina is AMAZING!!! After realizing on a train to Rome that my husband left his backpack with critical medications & medical device on a water taxi in Venice, we reached out to the hotel to see if they could assist with this medical emergency. And Carolina was the miracle we needed, going above and beyond the call of duty—coordinating with the water taxi, personally picking up the pack, and dropping it off to a courier who delivered it 1 hour before our cruise left in Rome. She is a miracle worker and WE ARE SO GRATEFUL TO YOU for all your efforts to return this much needed luggage to us in a timely manner. Thank you so much again. You literally saved our vacation.

The staff here are all excellent and the property itself overall is nice. Unfortunately, our deluxe Canalview room was also located directly above a restaurant which offered live music until rather late at night every night. The bed was also unfortunately very, very uncomfortable as we felt the mattress springs push pushing into our backs each night.

Wonderful 3 nights, staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you & nice continental breakfast each morning. Such a great location right on Rialto Bridge, highly recommend. Hotel room was a little tired & lacked hangers, storage for clothes. And being so close to the bridge was a little noisy on the evening but very peaceful after 11pm. Overall we had a fantastic time

Property was very outdated and needs some serious up keeping. The beds were really short and hard. I’m 5’7 and my feet would stick out. For the amount of money they charge you would expect nicer rooms. The only good things were the staff, they were all very nice, and the location was very good too.

Great hotel located within 2 minute walk of Rialto bridge. Close to everything! Very friendly staff who went above and beyond for us during our stay there. Also has very easy access from the boat ferry or a water taxi. Will definitely come back and stay here again next time!

We stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were always friendly, attentive and ready to help, which really made us feel welcome. Our room (303) was on the smaller side but perfectly comfortable for a short stay. It had a street view rather than the canal, which actually turned out to be a great advantage since it was quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast was a nice surprise, good quality pastries, fresh coffee and enough variety to start the day. Overall, it’s a cosy hotel with excellent service, ideal for a short stay in Venice.
