Our stay at Residenza San Silvestro was excellent! Elena and Sylvia made us feel like we were at home. They provided dinner recommendations, made reservations for us and scheduled our private water taxis from the airport and train station. Exceptional service! Great location close to the canal, but perfectly tucked away to have some peace and quiet. Thank you for everything!

The staff is friendly. They gave us guidance on what to visit in Venice and recommendations for restaurants.
The room is cozy with a comfortable bed.
The location is great. Only a 10-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square.
Nearby there are places for breakfast as well as restaurants.
There is also a convenient a boat's stop where you can take a boat to the train station for €9.50.
The only minus is that the heating is central, and you have to message the staff, who control it remotely.

Location was wonderful, couldn't be better located. Christina, Silvia, and housekeeper couldn't be more friendly and helpful and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again. In fact, this is a must stay here again.
