Absolutely amazing stay in Venice! I received service here at the level of a 5 star hotel! Was contacted immediately after booking to see if i required any assistance with travel plans to the residence! They assisted me in booking my water taxis for my arrival and departure! Was also greeted by Cristina at the taxi drop off and walked the small distance balk to residence which was so sweet! The room was exceptionally clean with absolutely no faults! Received so many recommendations and little tips of how to explore and get the most out of Venice in the short time i was there! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I wish i stayed for longer! Special thanks to Cristina and her daughter for their amazing hosting!

Firstly kudos to Elena and Cristina. Elena got in touch couple of days before our stay and she kept in touch and guided all the way to post checkout. Cristina provided and went through on key locations and things that are must to visit. The property is very close from vaporetto stop and also very centrally located. The property is very clean and house keeping done every day. It felt like home. We will definitely stay there in future.
Only thing I can think of lack of no usb ports for charging.

The stay was very comfortable and there was plenty of room after booking the 3 bed. The owner was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely book again if going to Venice. We had the best time.
I couldn't fault it.
