It was well appointed with new finishes. Security was good. Close to public transport and the Vatican. On a quiet street.
There was a smell in the kitchen, but the owner was trying to remedy the situation. Should not be a problem in future.

Location
Like most stays they have a (extra linen fee) which in those places means if you need EXTRA linen but they charge you for the linen on the bed and immediately remove the sheets when you question the fee. I voice recorded them saying its “booking.com” fault they can’t add the fee to the booking which isn’t true. Very deceiving and you have to pay it in cash so it makes it difficult to claim back on the hidden charges section of booking.com.
