The property is in a great location near the Rialto Bridge, in a quiet neighborhood, and is easy to find. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty and Samuel’s hospitality was outstanding. We highly recommend it.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, providing a relaxed and homely stay.
There is an issue with the address provided by booking. It is inaccurate. It took us to a square that is nowhere near the property. We walked around for ages in the heat after a long journey completely lost. I called the owner and her brother kindly met us at a pharmacy in the square and took us over a bridge to where the B&B is situated. This issue needs addressed by booking especially as Google maps don't really work in Venice. See photograph with the address the property door is directly opposite the sign.
