Right next to Rialto bridge and water is stop was a bit hard to find 🙈 even with the good direction maybe just us 🤣

Excellent location, right in the middle of a busy area but well guarded from external noise and traffic. Rialto bridge just a few minutes away, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants right next door. Nice room with a large bathroom. Cleaning done every day and a good breakfast. Very nice and supportive owners - they gave us recommendations for visiting and transportation. Would recommend and definitely would come back if we return to Venice.
Not depending of the property itself and probably applicable to all other accommodations from Venice, due to being in an old building, probably with wooden structure, the noise from other rooms, especially from the one above was noticeable. To our luck the conversations of our neighbours were short and we could all enjoy our stay.

The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the air con worked really well. Samuele was so helpful, welcoming, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Great location, lovely big room, very comfortable bed,friendly and helpful people, very good communication on how to find them too. Breakfast was good too.
