Such a lovely place, very near vaporetto stop. Lovely and clean. Elena was a wonderful host, gave us loads of great tips for places to eat. Breakfast is superb, amazing coffee and scrambled eggs. Elena couldn’t do enough for us. Gave us a big hug when we left - really felt welcome and valued as guests. Would recommend to anyone going to Venice x

The best self-checkin instructions ever! Super easy to find.
10/10 for the messaging, including photos. Brilliant.
Elena is lovely and so welcoming and helpful.
Super shower & super comfy bed, which makes such a difference, some other places are horrendous, I moved from an awful air bnb to here - heaven!
Shower gel & shampoo included, which is great.
Be aware there is no lift, as most places in Venice, so let them know if you need a first floor room.
Breakfast is great & the coffee is lovely.
Easy to get to the Rialto bridge & the Vaporetto stops, literally 5mins walk.
Airport Vaporetto is there also.
Very easy to get around.
Quiet street.
Definitely recommend.

We highly recommend this place and the hosts.
Everything was just perfect.
The location is a minute from the Vaporeto stop and 3 minutes from the famous Rialto Bridge.
The hotel is in a quiet alley. So it's quiet at night and everything is just a few minutes away.
The room is very clean and very cozy.
Excellent breakfast.
But what is best of all - is the warm welcome we received. Thank you to Elena and Samuel for making our vacation perfect.
Without a doubt, this is the right place to be in Venice.
Weak hot water flow in the shower. But we like very hot water.
