Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The safe had a preset sequence that wasn’t easily changed so basically useless to protect your property. Nice location and easy to get to the water transport.

If coming from airport I recommend taking water bus right from airport as it is a long walk from bus station with many stairs.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable, quiet and clean. It was the perfect option for an escape to Venice. The service was amazing. The location was perfect to explore different parts of Venice, close to shops and loads of restaurants (big & small). I totally recommend it.
