La ubicación es de lo mejor cerca de todas las zonas de Venecia. Me costó encontrar la apertura de la puerta principal , pero una vez que la ubiqué es super cómoda. Tuvieron el detalle de dejar en la habitación vino, etc..... Tiene una zona común con microondas, frigorífico , cafetera, tetera etc... Te dejan capsulas del café y cosas varias gratis.
Señalizar mejor la apertura del portal.

Colazione soddisfacente e completa, presenti ogni tipo di elettrodomestici per facilitarne la preparazione. Dotazioni della cucina in ottimo stato di manutenzione e funzionali. Gradito anche il cortile esterno con mobilio da giardino e dotato di posacenere in caso di ospiti fumatori. Posizione dell'alloggio assolutamente centrale e da cui si è potuto raggiungere in breve tempo tutti i punti più interessanti di Venezia e isole limitrofe. Sia camere che zone comuni in perfetto stato di pulizia.
Direi nulla da migliorare, forse un posto per depositare i bagagli dopo il check out nell'attesa della partenza qualora non sia già disponibile ma da noi non richiesto.

Neat and clean rooms.
Some restaurants and shops are in the nearby vicinity.
After check-in, they are collecting something extra called tourist tax (4 Euros per guest), which is not mentioned in the information provided by them in the booking.com. This seems to be unreasonable.
The apartment is in the first floor and no lift is available. It becomes very difficult, especially when we have to carry heavy luggage using the narrow stair case.
There are 4 apartments and all the apartments have a common kitchen and a common refrigerator. The guests of all the 4 apartments have to use this common kitchen and common refrigerator, which causes some inconvenience.
Reaching this apartment from the Venice train station is a bit difficult task. One has to take a water taxi and get down after travelling for 15 minutes. After getting down from the water taxi, it becomes too difficult to find out this apartment. This area is full of pick pocket thieves and nobody entertains any new person for any queries. At least the apartment people didn't put any board outside their apartment, showing its location. Even getting the keys and opening the apartment is not easy and becomes a big headache.
While returning, again we have to take a water taxi but from the other side of the canal, for which we have to cross the canal using a bridge. But, this bridge is not a flat one but built in an elevated arch style so that boats and steamers would travel beneath the bridge. We have to climb so many steps to climb the bridge and cross the river, and with luggage it becomes really a difficult task.
