Great location, super high speed wifi, very close to Rialto Bridge and ferry services.
Entry door on the 1st floor is a bit hard to open and the stairs are dirty. But our room was very clean

The location is amazing – literally steps away from the Rialto Bridge with a great supermarket just 30 meters away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with every request. We were also impressed by the internet speed (1 Gbps!), which is a rare find in Venice. The bathroom and shower were very clean, and the boiler provided strong, consistent hot water.
The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at times. The kitchen and general amenities are quite basic and could use a modern update. The beds and bedding were very simple and not the most comfortable, making this property best suited for a short 1-2 night stay rather than a long trip.
