The location was great. Close to everything you want to see. Very kind and friendly staff.
There was too much noise into the place. People next door were so loud and we couldn’t sleep well. I would recommend to let people know that they must be quiet in their rooms because the walls are not great and you can hear everything. There was a problem with the sink in both bathrooms and it poured slowly and barely wash my hands. The water on the shower was great on the other side. They could definitely invest a little bit in the location and it’s pitty that they don’t because the location is actually good.

Very close to the Rialto bridge
A little bit noisy and the place was being renewed and some shelves weren’t unable to use

Great location, super high speed wifi, very close to Rialto Bridge and ferry services.
Entry door on the 1st floor is a bit hard to open and the stairs are dirty. But our room was very clean
