Room was clean and well appointed. A few marks on the walls from guests and their luggage mishandling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet building in central area of Venice.
Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended.

Check in process was all digital and poor. Didn’t get key access to the apartment, had to re- request for access to apartment to be reactivated. Was Not allowed to enter the lobby area in the building and wait, Had to wait outside until check in time. Didn’t get the canal view- this was the only reason I booked this apartment. The apartment was nice and unfortunately that was the only positive.
