The room is ok. Almost no amenities in the room. Not even a glass or a cup. The host was semi responsive with just not answering back at all on a message sent to him. No housekeeping but that was sort of expected. The BIG problem with the room is the shower is clearly visible from apartments across the street at night. We had to shower with the lights off. Even with the wooden blind closed its visible.

The rooms are up two flights of stairs with no elevator and no one to help. Great location. Great room. My windows opened up directly over a canal. Very cool. The amenities were Spartan. A decent espresso machine, a soap dispenser in the bathroom, a wonderful shower. The rook was clean sorry and spacious. The location wonderful. No staff to help in any way, though the wastebaskets seemed to be emptied on a daily basis. I never saw any staff. If I were a weaker person I would not have been able to get my luggage up the stairs. All in all, i was quite satisfied with the room.
